This week's episode has the worst title ever, but it's a pretty good show, we promise! In the studio we talk about Blackfish, the documentary on Seaworld that went pretty much viral last year, as well as Dark Souls 2. We unfortunately ran out of time to finish up the remainder of the episode so in two weeks we will be discussing The Blockbuster Theory.

Come one come all it's The 4th Floor, and it feels good to be back (again). Well this week we kick off the summer season with our Summer Movie Preview, and introduce the Charity we started PETV, People for The Ethical Treatment of Vegetables. We think it's a crime the way vegetables are harvested, especially given that these living beings have been found to have feelings. We'll have more details on where you can donate to this wonderful cause, or at least buy a t-shirt to show your support, and help the fight to protect these innocent creatures.

Our Movie of The Week is Grandma's Boy from Happy Madison Productions. A raucous comedy starring Nick Swardson, Kevin Nealon, and some other funny people.

Our Second half of the show rounds up with video games, as usual. This show is dedicated to Peter Morris and Ashley Shields to commemorate their wedding last week. As such all the music this week is from their wedding playlist. "Love Song" 311, "Karma Police" Radiohead, and "Under Pressure" Queen.

Season 2 Episode 5: The 4th Floor Strikes Back

We are back after our nearly 3 month break, and this time we're bringing back a more classic approach to our episodes. This episode we share with you our thoughts on The Avengers and Cabin In The Woods and promote Garden State to Movie of The Week Status. Our Charity of the Month is the VA, and we hope that you support our troops this month.

Our Second half of the show has us discussing video games as per our norm. We go over our thoughts on Journey, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, Awesomenauts, and Star Wars The Force Unleashed.

It's a short and sweet episode, but we got the content there. Music this week is Beer from Reel Big Fish, Harvey Dent from Adam Warrock, and Always Look on The Bright Side of Life from Monty Python. Enjoy.

Fans in Baltimore and the Maryland area should pay close attention as we have announced a new partnership for video game tournaments with our friends at Collector's Corner which can be found at www.collectorscornermd.com

Season 2 Episode 4: Post Apocalyptic Wasteland
February 28, 2012 09:02 PM PST

This week we announce layoffs to The 4th Floor, most notably Kenneth our lovable Big Daddy host. With Facebook likes down we simply can not support his voracious appetite. This week we go a different route than normal, and used no outline. We hope you enjoy the new format, although it's very similar. Charity of The Month, Facebook and Show updates, followed by weeks before the show proper.

This week we talk about the Oscars, and Sci Fi movies. Our Charity of the Month is The Black Charities Network, and our Movie of The Week is Dark City. Spoilers abound there apologies for no warning on the show. But know when The Movie of The Week starts the movie is spoiled immediately.

Our Top Ten List Extravaganza are our Top 10 Science Fiction Movies. We round the show off with a sci fi discussion and Nick talks about the 2012 release of Eat Sleep Play's Twisted Metal with Dan Ryckert from gameinformer.com
